This 4.25 litre coated aluminium curry pan has a traditional shape designed to allow food to be lightly fried, while confining stirred food to the body of the pressure cooker. This is ensures that the food is constantly exposed to the heat before adding liquid.
The product has a visual pressure indicator that will rise to indicate that the cooker is at pressure and has two settings (8lb & 12lb) for versatility when cooking. Safety features include a directional pressure regulator that ensures the steam releases away from you and a special cam that locks the lid and body of the pan.
