In almost all cases we deliver within 7 days. If you have particular delivery requirements, please contact us directly. If for any reason we are unable to deliver your order within 14 days, we will contact you to let you know.
We have a standard delivery charge of £3.50 on all orders under £50, irrespective of how many items you are purchasing. Delivery is free on all orders above £50.
All orders are sent by standard courier and may arrive as early as the day following despatch. It is likely that you will need to sign for the parcel, so please ensure that there will be somebody at the address to take delivery. If you require guaranteed next-day delivery please contact us - this is often possible to arrange for an additional charge.
The above information applies to delivery within the mainland United Kingdom only. We can only accept orders that are to be shipped to a UK mainland address. Overseas customers should visit our sister website.
